Rates

All rooms are for 2 persons - apartment "Ortler" for 4 persons. A surcharge of EUR 13 applies for each additional person. Breakfast is available on request (EUR 17 per person).

For stays of 1 to 6 bed nights we charge EUR 35 for the end-of-stay cleaning. For stays of 1 to 3 bed nights we charge EUR 120 - apartment "Ortler" EUR 220. For longer stays the cleaning is free of charge.

In the apartment could not stay, life, sleep or eat more persons, how it does confirm in the booking. If there is the wish to have guests, it must be allowed from the hirer.

All rates are per person per day for a stay of 4 bed nights. For stays of 1 to 3 nights the rates are EUR 60 per person per day. In case of premature departure, you will be charged a fee of 3 days. Discounts for children: free until 4 years of age, 50% discounts until 9 years of age

Rooms and apartments are available from 2 pm on arrival day.

Please vacate rooms and apartments by 10 am on departure day.

Beginning on 1 January 2014, a local tax will be introduced in South Tyrol/Südtirol. The revenue from this local tax will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events. The local tax will be levied at all lodging establishments (€ 3,30), on a per-guest and per-overnight-stay basis. The amount is contingent upon the category of the establishment. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy. The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.

From 1 to 6 nights we charge 35.00 € fort he final cleaning; for a stay of more than 7 nights the final cleaning will be free of charge.

Change of laundry takes place after 7 days – hand and bath towels will be changed every 3 days.

The booking of an apartment or room is only binding if both parties have a written confirmation. The hotel bill can be payed in cash, with cheque or by bank transfer. We gladly will communicate our bank data to you. Unfortunatley, we cannot accept credit or EC cards. We apologize for any inconvenience.

It is forbidden to smoke in the whole house as well as in the apartments. You are however welcome to smoke on the balcony or the terrace.

You can park your car for free in our new basement garage.

Animals are not allowed.

Cancellations are free of charge up to 60 days before your arrival. From 60 – 30 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 50% of your booked stay; from 29 days we charge 75%, and from 15 days we charge 95%. In all cases, your deposit will be retained as a handling fee. No-shows without cancellation, late arrivals and early departures are charged at 100% of the total cost of the booked stay. Cancellations are considered valid only upon reciprocal confirmation.

We can never tell whether something expected will come up to prevent us from enjoying our holiday: to make sure that you don’t lose your money, you can purchase an insurance policy that covers the possibility of having to cancel your reservation.

In case you’re forced to postpone, cancel or interrupt a holiday that you’ve already booked, you face costs for a holiday that you weren’t able to enjoy.

Holiday cancellation insurance frees you from any type of expense. For this reason, we advise you to purchase an insurance policy of this kind, through, for example, European Travel Insurance
